4. 全部只限自行来取，暂时不会提供面交。如有不便之处，请见谅！

3. Once the order was being confirmed, a 50% deposit of total amount is required to PBB account (the latest: 2 days before the date of collection/pick-up). And the balance upon collection. *Without deposit, order is not valid.
4. Own pick-up from my address. *Address will only be given upon the payment of deposit. Map (Taman Desa Cemerlang) at top page. Thank You.
5. For those who are being late for few hours / cancel order without prior notice / do not come to pick-up，order will be cancelled automatically and deposit won't be refunded.
